within 14 days from the day of purchase,

presenting valid purchase receipt or return receipt.
a credit voucher will be given for the value of the items returned.
Items purchased on duty free shops or in Eilat, cannot be returned.
item may be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.
all original tags must be attached to the item returned.

damaged items cannot be returned
